How much will USA shipping cost? Orders under $149.99 will ship via priority mail for $10 anywhere in the contiguous United States (Hawaii and Puerto Rico not included).  If you spend a little more – $149.99 or more – we’ll pick up the tab for shipping.

How quickly will my order ship after it is placed?  We’re the queens of lightning fast, cheap shipping! We ship out within one business day of receiving payment – often within hours of receiving payment, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday after 10:00 a.m. EST will not ship out until Monday morning. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

How can I get my order to ship out on the same day that I place the order?  Place your order before 10:00 a.m. EST, and we will ship out that same day.

How do I track my package?  You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can also track your package from your account page.

Do you ship internationally? Are there additional customs fees that I have to pay?  We ship to just about everywhere on the planet.  Please note that customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery, and you will be required to pay these in order to obtain your order. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges. We are not able to mark orders as “gifts”. We do not refund the cost of customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees. Please contact us for a price quote on international shipping.

Can You Change The Address On My Package?  Once we have processed a shipping label, we cannot change the shipping address.

What shipping carriers do you use?  We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS at our discretion.
