BECAUSE ONE GOOD LEGEND DESERVES ANOTHER … Legendary Rusty Franklin brown leather cowboy western boots, made in his little shop in San Angelo back in the day.  Pretty much perfect.  Leather so fine it may ruin you for any other boots. Immaculate inside and out.  Double row wood pegged hand stitched leather soles.   Rusty Franklin, grandson of the legendary M.L. Leddy, grew up in the Leddy boot shop in San Angelo, which is why his boots resemble Leddy boots so much, right down to the “cookie stitch.” (the short little stitch along the inside of the vamp next to the piping, which you’ll only find on Leddy and Franklin boots).  The throat of the boot, the toe, the counter, and even the “toe bug” look a lot like Leddy boots. Rusty Franklin was mentioned on pages 68-69 of Tyler Beard’s & Jim Arndt’s The Cowboy Boot Book – the bible of the cowboy boot collector.

PRETTY DAMN ROCK N ROLL Classic Paul Bond brown and black leather buckaroo boots – knee high 18″ tall, eight gorgeous rows of rainbow stitching, and of course his signature 2 3/4″ undershot heels. Made back when Bond was still working in his shop Leather so good it may ruin you for any other boots. These came straight from a working cowgirl, so a couple shiny spots and small scuffs on the vamps. Immaculate inside. Hand stitched, double row wood pegged leather soles.   Bond’s motto was “wear the legend”, and his boots more than lived up to it. Known as one of the best bootmakers in the world, Bond spent 46 years in Nogales perfecting the art of the boot. And got pretty good at it along the way. Wear them once, and you’ll be an instant Bond addict.
